What is Sound Healing:?

Sessions combine Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan hand hammered metal bowls, bells or gongs and tuning forks.  The various instruments (or tools) are chosen and played as the practitioner is guided for the further balancing and well being of the client. The various sound vibrations help to calm nerves, lower blood pressure and relieve stress manifesting in the emotional, physical and mental body.

What is a Crystal Light Therapy Bed?

Incorporates 7 clear and highly polished vogel cut quartz crystals which are suspended about 12 inches above the client, each quartz sitting in alignment with each chakra.  Specific color then radiates through the quartz powered by light to send energy directly to the corresponding chakra to cleanse, balance and align each of the energy centers (chakras). Along with the light therapy, the client will also listen to brain-sync alignment sound frequencies played through premium headphones during the session, this supports the full senses in connection with the balancing light treatment.
